Enrollment
Mackinac Bands enrollment requires documented lineal decent and heritage to one of the seven historical bands who the United States Government recognizes as the Mackinac Bands. These seven historical bands include bands eleven through seventeen of the Mackinac Bands. Mackinac Bands does not require a specific blood quantum, but one must have a Mackinac Bands ancestor (blood) or have been adopted into the tribe. Once enrolled, members will be issued a Mackinac Bands tribal ID card. Enrollment is currently open. If you believe you qualify, carefully read and fill out the five page enrollment form below and send it to:

Tribal ID Card Renewals
Please check the date on your tribal ID card and make sure it has not expired (this is very important). Do not forget to send in your new address, phone number, email or any other information that changes. At this time we are asking that you mail your information to our address along with a cashier's check or money order of $25. If you want or need a new photo on your card, please send that in as well.
